Raspberry Exfoliate Face Mask
Raspberry Exfoliate Face Mask
- Step 1: Mash-up the berries (you want to apply them to your face so the smoother the better)- I achieve this by using a mortar and pestle. Transfer mashed berries to a glass bowl
- Step 2: Add the clay, honey, and baking soda to the mashed berries and mix well (add in water now if your paste is really dry…)
- Step 3: Fun part- get it on your face and leave it on for approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
- Step 4: Rinse off- avoid getting clay down the drain if you can (clay is known to clog)
Why I chose these ingredients:
RASPBERRIES on your face will give it life again- this fruit has the power to tighten and gently exfoliate skin, plus it smells & tastes awesome!
HONEY is a natural exfoliate, it helps heal skin, it’s detoxifying, minimizes scarring and helps this entire concoction stick to your face
KAOLIN CLAY is great for all skin types, including sensitive. It sucks toxins out and exfoliates in the process. Clay on your face is a beauty regime everyone should be doing! You will see instant gratification
BAKING SODA is not only great for bees stings- it’s amazing for softening and soothing skin. It’s an at home version of an expensive โmicroderm peelโ- it tingles a bit and lets you know it’s working
Follow along folks!
Looks great but I haven’t figured out how NOT to eat the raspberries before crushing them. Any advice would be helpful ๐ haha

Very interesting. I am always looking for natural skin care (nothing beats it). I will give it a go! Any tips for hair??? #showcasetuesday
If you’re looking to help hair growth- I’d apply castor oil mixed with a bit rosemary essential oil along your root lines before bed- if your hair is really dry (split ends…) try using argan oil- really goop it on thick on the tips of your hair before bed & wash out in the morning… Hope this helps ๐
