A Citrus Scrub I Need in the Tub!

A Lush Pumice Power Review had to be born, it’s one of my favorite products in 2016. Yes, it was created to be a foot exfoliate but it’s also my newest, whole-body, weekly exfoliate in the shower.

I can’t wait to wash and reach for this oval, orange bar. The smell is definitely a highlight- expect a strong citrus blast to your body. It’s great to get your senses going for brutal early morning washes.

It’s one of few exfoliates I adore, cause it doesn’t scratch at all! It’s smooth, doesn’t get too foamy, and the coconut oil in Pumice Power helps fight to keep your skin and feet from drying out. It’s a step up, all in one exfoliate, moisturizer, and cleanser.

The Price is Right!

Lush’s Pumice Power is only $4.50! If you know Lush, you can easily walk-out of there with a bar of $20 soap. So to get this little gem for such a great price is winning ($4.50CND)!

Plus getting a soap & exfoliate in one, saves me from using two different products in the shower, since this bar does both! Winning and saving more money again. To use Pumice Power on a daily basis as your soap, I wouldn’t recommend; it’s a little too abrasive.  But I do use it on my feet every morning and on my body once a week.

Possible Cons….

If you’re expecting bubbles and foam, this bar will deliver but on a minimal level. It’s half soap bar, half moisturizer – less foamy more lotion’y. I love this fact, I don’t miss the bubbles (especially since I avoid sodium lauryl sulfates like the plague…) but for some, this could be a bother…

Another Lush Love

I had to preach this Lush Pumice Power review; it’s such a sweet, underrated, and well priced skin score.

Love at first wash, for all the 100% organic and DIY items in my beauty regime, this one is definitely a bit of a cheat since it does contain some questionable ingredients (including fragrance…)

Take it or leave it, I personally love it too much to part ways. I have yet to concoct a full bar, body exfoliate that works this well, until then imma keep preaching my love for Lush’s Pumice Power.

This bar looks so good! I was recently using a bar soap that felt abrasive from the sea salt and it feels so amazing to scrub that baby all over the skin haha, so something like this is right up my alley! Even though the ingredients aren’t the cleanest I tend to be okay with a product like this that isn’t for every day and the fact that it washes off. Sweet post and review 🙂 xo
