So coconut oil is all the rage, but using coconut oil for “oil-pulling” really peaked my attention! Welcome my Kismet Coco Rinse Review. In my opinion, Kismet is Canada’s top-shelf, affordable coconut “oil-pulling” makers.
What is Oil-Pulling?
Oil-pulling is the art of swishing coconut oil around in your mouth for a whiter, fresher smile. Seems pretty simple and it’s scientifically proven.
“Kismet’s Coco Rinse” version of oil-pulling is a step-up though, by making the process: easier, cleaner, and way tastier. Probably the main reasons why I loved their pouch formulas so much!
Inside a Kismet Coco Rinse Kit
One full Kismet kit consist of 14 little pouches – hence, 14 days of treatments.
Directions require no science either, just open the pouch and squeeze the oil into your mouth.
Finally, get ready not to spit! Cause you’re expected to swirl Kismet’s oil in your mouth for 10 to 20min.
And I won’t lie – 20min’s was way too long for me. I had to spit! Initially I thought “oh, 20min’s, that’s a walk in the park” – boy, was I wrong. Around the ten minute mark was my max. Shout out to all those who can do it, all the power and better results to ya! As time goes on though, it does get easier – but I’m still not swirling the full suggested time yet.
Results – Kismet Coco Rinse Review
First of all, I read blogs to hear about results and how fast! Definitely, I noticed a difference in the color of my teeth after 5 treatments. To boot, I drink coffee like it’s water and smoked for 14 years (yack I know… so happy I quit)
Therefore, whitening is something my teeth can always use; I was pleased with my Kismet results.
Not to burn the dream of perfect white teeth; don’t expect to swirl once and instantly become the owner of “bling bling” pearly whites.
Yes, the process works, but it’s slow- subtle and gets better with time (like a fine wine lol).
Especially relevant is the fact Coco Rinse is a natural cleansing/whitening process, done safely at home, using ZERO chemicals. Hence, that alone makes Kismet Coco Rinse worth the money and time investment.
Because if you’ve ever gotten your teeth bleached by a dentist – it sucks! Prepare to have your mouth stretched to high heck for over an hour, while getting blasted with lasers and goop, it’s no joy. Needless to say, I’d much rather reach for a kismet pouch instead!
Taste? Kismet Coco Rinse Review
Fans of chocolate mint rejoice! Kismet Coco Rinse is just that: high-quality, organic coconut oil and mint! Combined the two taste amazing.
Sorry, I can’t pin point it but the taste reminds me of these amazing, little, white-mint chocolates my mom used to get at Christmas.
Also, the mint isn’t overbearing either (like some ridiculous gums can be…) So even if you’re not a huge “mint” fan, you’ll be able to handle the taste no problem. Almost every time I used it, I got to like the taste even more.

Listen, I’ve tried oil-pulling using my on-hand (cheaper quality) cooking coconut oil, at home many a times… Honestly, I was not a fan.
But Kismet Coco Rinse was way easier to deal with though, the taste and convenience of it all made the whole process much more pleasant.
Since swishing for long periods is no walk in the park, I’m huge on the mint factor rather than straight coconut oil. In fact, the taste gets better every time!

Happy to say, my swishing experience using Kismet was a great one. Either you’re a fan of the taste of coconut oil and all it’s nutty’ness – or you’re not. For those who are (like me) this stuff gets two green-thumbs up! Secondly, it’s great and safe for your whole body!
